We want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of handmade skincare products, all sales are final. However, we will gladly assist with issues related to
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Returns
We do not accept returns of used or opened products for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days, subject to review.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
